Narada Falls is one of Mount Rainier National Park's most spectacular waterfalls, where the Paradise River cascades over rugged volcanic rock in a dramatic display of rushing water, mist, and lush mountain scenery. The falls are located about 17 miles east of the Nisqually Entrance and approximately 1 mile southwest of Paradise.
The Paradise River plunges 168 feet over an andesite lava flow, creating a beautiful waterfall that often produces colorful rainbows on sunny days.
Narada Falls is located along the park road about 3 miles below Paradise and 9 miles above Longmire. A short but steep trail leads to the base of the falls, where visitors can experience the refreshing spray and enjoy one of the park's most iconic viewpoints. During the winter months, the trail can become very icy, so use caution when visiting.
